FOCUSES
1. Loose forehand grip
2. Movement of the elbow - backwards, then forward.
3. Forearm rotation and tighten grip at impact

DESCRIPTION
This exercise is meant to practice the long defensive forehand clear aswell as the footwork. It’s important to practice the footwork at same time with the stroke, without the movement it gets hard to gain momentum and create power to perform the stroke.
Do a shuttle at the middle followed by a lift towards the rear forehand corner. When landing in the rear forehand corner your playing foot must point towards the corner to minimize chances of ankle injuries. Otherwise make sure that your legs are crossing on the way to the backline to secure working with full speed in low gravity.
Feeding: 8-12 shuttles. The first shuttle feeds towards the middle, the player returns to the feeder, followed by a lift and the clear.
Repeats: Change after every turn, and do this exercise 3-4 times each.
Players: 2 players.
