Nutritionals:
Protein - 9g
Carbs - 16.6g
Fat - 1 g
Callories - 111
Preheat Oven to 300 degrees
Spray an 8x8" pan with non stick spray
Mix 1/2 box no pudge brownies with 5.3 oz yogurt (I used toasted coconut vanilla greek yogurt)
Spoon that batter into the bottom of the pan.
Next in a bowl mix up the Cheesecake Batter:
1 scoop MTS Machine Whey (Vanilla)
2 cups plain greek yogurt
2 whole eggs
1 tsp vanilla
1/2 cup Splenda
Smooth the cheesecake batter on top of the brownie evenly.
Cook for 40-45 minutes. Chill overnight. Cut into 12-16 pieces.
