Описание: As I state in the video, I recorded this within 1 hour of returning from the Ministry of Defence detainment facility near Beirut having been transferred from the equivalent in Tripoli and two other bases. This was recorded around 13:30 on November 30th. At the time of recording I had last eaten (peanuts and cashews) at around the same time on the 28th and I had last hydrated at a similar time on the 27th. I watched this recording back and decided to upload it even though it isn't particularly well articulated. It is authentic nonetheless, and that is what, for me, is important.
