This deep stretch yoga flow focuses on the hamstrings, inner thighs, and back body to release tension and improve circulation.
Expect steady holds, soft pulses and breath-led movement designed to soften the body without forcing range.
Props: yoga blocks, towel, blanket or pillow for support in legs up a wall/waterfall for closing our practice.
