After hearing over 10 hours of arguments the Texas House of Representatives passed the school choice bill with no amendments. The historic vote passed SB 2 which allows public tax dollars to be used for private school tuition. The House also passed the school funding bill raising the amount of money designated to public schools with an increase every two years.
