Here's a classic "learn how to play power chords" song! This has been slightly arranged for only one guitar; it's how I play it on gigs.
Couple things:
I'm down-strumming everything here, generally you want that consistency for fast power chords like this. If it's too fast for you it'll sound just fine with alternate strumming in the choruses. The palm-muted verses will sound much more even with all down-strumming however.
You'll see me lifting my fretting fingers on the last strum before a new chord a lot, that's a trick to keep your chord switching in time instead of trying to cram it between beats
