Blue Sphere is a compilation of "Special Stages" in the same style (and engine) of the ones featured in Sonic the Hedgehog 3 and Sonic & Knuckles with a total of 134217728 levels in all. After completing all 134217728 stages it restarts from the beginning.
00:12 - Walkthrough to level 100 (levels 1, 11, 21, 31, 41, 51, 61, 71, 81, 91, 101)
22:27 - Walkthrough of final level 134217728 (game can't show so big level number, but can show stage number - 267375324). As proof that's real final stage, note warping to level 10 after getting "perfect" on this stage. Because level 0 does not exist, warping from last level leads us to level 10
25:10 - Walkthrough of stage with "level 13" difficulty
