Paintball | Making The Dreads for Your Mask

Описание: I don't do tutorials so this is really quick. If you have any questions just ask me. I made this video since a lot of people have been asking me how I made it, and I don't mind helping / showing people.
This is just my own method, it's cheap on money but durable and helps with paintballs bouncing off your head at the same time while not keeping you too hot when playing.

What You need:
Glue gun
shoe laces (any amount)
old baseball hat
and paintball mask.

Step 1:
Take the shoelaces and line them up, measure how long you want them to be and where you will cut them.
I cut mine once in half, some of them I cut twice to make shorter strands.
If you are unsure of how long you need them, place them on your hat first to see what's the best length.

STEP 2:
Draw a line where the top of your mask is.
Make sure the hat is fitted properly before marking it.
You can use anything to mark it, just make sure it's easy to see for later on.

TIP: Cut off the visor of the hat so the laces do not stick out at the back of your head making it uncomfortable when playing.

STEP 3:
Use the longest shoe laces as the first layer, using the glue gun to place them at the top of the hat.
You can place them wherever you want, for mine they start from the very top but none are in the front, only on the back of the hat for now.

STEP4:
Glue the rest of the laces side by side starting from the front of the hat leading to the back of the hat, overlapping the first layer.
If you find them to be too long, you can easily rip them off, cut them again and glue them back. If they can't be used you can throw them out. They are cheap!
The best time to get anything from the Dollar Store is during Halloween. they will have tons of cheap stuff that will work with your paintball setup.

The best thing about the laces is that a lot of paintballs will bounce off. (For me they did). And haven't gotten stuck in any trees, bushes or anything when playing a game.

You can change it as you wish this is just my method of creating the "predator" look for a pretty cheap price and they don't feel hot at all when wearing it. You can also take off the hat if you wish.
