My future mother-in-law (TITA) asked me to cook a Churrasco on her George Foreman Grill. I thought, wow that would be a challenge. So we went over and did it and I was very impressed with this grill. Also, it grilled the sliced onions to perfection and clean up was so easy. Also, got to show everyone her Arroz Con Gandules which is Rice with Pigeon Peas. She is the BEST at making this side dish and everyone is always asking her to make it I will make this in a future episode, with her help.
