Pokémon Hardcore Nuzlocke Gauntlet Day 6: "Two Gyms and a Couple of Sidequests" (Pokémon Yellow)

Hardcore Nuzlocke Gauntlet rules:

1. If a Pokémon faints, it is considered dead and sent to the GY (Graveyard) box. If I cannot send it to a box or in the case of the earlier games where there is only one PC box available, I will release it instead.
2. If all Pokémon in my party faint, the run is over and I must restart from Pokémon Blue.
3. No items are allowed to be used in battle, except for Pokeball items and held items.
4. Game style will be "Set" unless "Set" is unavailable for some reason.
5. Only the first Pokémon on each route is eligible for capture. If the first Pokémon I run into is one I've already caught, I will re-encounter Pokémon until I find one I don't have or until I come to the conclusion that there are no new Pokémon to be caught in that area. If I run into a Shiny Pokémon, I may catch it regardless of any other capture rules.
6. There will be a total deaths and resets counter. Games completed and badges obtained will be represented by a bar that will increase as the run progresses and will reset if I lose and have to restart.
7. Rare Candy hacks/Buyable Rare Candies will be used to cut down grinding.
8. I may only catch one Pokémon per route. This includes Gift Pokémon, in-game Trade Pokémon, Fossil Pokémon and Starters.
9. I may not exceed the Gym Leader's level cap. The level cap for the Elite Four is equal to the Champion's strongest Pokémon. If any Pokémon exceeds the level cap, that Pokémon cannot be used until a new level cap is reached (With the exception of Pokémon that level up mid-battle and Pokémon that level up during the Elite Four).
10. A game is considered beaten when the Pokémon Champion is defeated. In Pokémon Gold, Silver, Crystal, Heartgold and Soulsilver; Red is considered to be the Champion. In Pokémon Black 1 and Pokémon White 1, Alder is considered the Champion.
11. Resetting for anything other than a crash, freeze or Rare Candy hack insertion will result in a run restart.
12. The run of each given game only applies once I obtain Pokeballs and defeat the first rival fight (For example; if I lose to the first May fight in Emerald, that will not end the run.
13. I cannot capture Mythicals or Legendaries unless I am required to by the game's story.
14. Failing to adhere to the rules will result in a run restart.
