Full trek to Bhira Dam without any guide
Andharban is a 13km long trek through the jungle which gradually opens up into huge grasslands and ends in a 3-4km descent.
It is a popular trek and stays crowded on weekends. But surprisingly, no one hikes beyond a view point which is just 3-4km from the starting point. Post the view point, the jungle and grasslands are all yours.
And then began our beautiful hike, sans all the noise of the over enthusiastic picnic groups.
We hiked and ran through the swampy trails, listening the unique sounds of rich wildlife. Add to that, we hiked through the overcrowded trail to Devkund waterfalls which was another 10km to and fro. And a few more to find a place for the night. Enough stories that couldn't be narrated in one go.
