"Cigarellos", Italian cigar shaped cookies, crispy and buttery!

Описание: "Cigarellos" are crispy and buttery shaped cookies that are typically served with ice cream but they are also delicious on their own.

CIGARELLOS

You will need:

½ cup powdered sugar(sifted)
5 tablespoons flour(sifted)
½ teaspoon vanilla powder
2 egg whites from large eggs
3 tablespoons melted butter(melted)

METHOD:

In a large mixing bowl combine all dry ingredients.
Add egg whites and melted butter.
Mix well.
Spread cookies on a lined baking sheet about 3-4 inches in diameter.
Use 1 teaspoon of batter.
Bake at 400°F(200°C) for 6-7 minutes until edges are slightly browned.
Roll cookies, using chopstick and seal edges by pressing tight.
You can only bake 2 cookie at a time, because they will set fast.
You will get 10 cookies out of this amount of batter.
You can decorate them as you wish.
