Up Close with the Haslab LAAT Gunship Prototype at Red Five Collectibles

Описание: Here's my vlog from Hasbro's TVC Haslab LAAT Gunship show and tell event on Aug. 30th at Red Five Collectibles in East Longmeadow, Massachusetts. Steve Evans and Chris Reiff were on hand showing off the prototype gunship to fans and collectors. Everyone brought their figures to the event to set them up with the LAAT. My sons and I had a great time! We also picked up a couple cool figures at the shop, which you'll see at the end of the video.

I'm posting this so those interested in the Haslab project can see and learn more of the details of the ship. Chris showed off the design details and play features. We even got to put a BARC Speeder into the gunship to see how it fits. They also officially revealed that they are pipelining new Padme and Shaak Ti figures for TVC.

This ship is very impressive. The details in the sculpt and paint are very well done, and it is truly much bigger than the original gunship toys of the past. You'll hear Chris's passion for design and screen accurate details come through in the video. He is continually tweaking the sculpt and paint to make it as best as possible.

The LAAT gunship finally passed 4,000 backers while we were there filming, but it needs to get to 8,000 backers by Sept. 8th in order to fund. You can back the project at Hasbro's website here: https://www.hasbropulse.com/collectio...

Honestly, this ship isn't for me because I am an Original Trilogy collector and it is too expensive for me right now. However, for Prequel and Clone Wars fans, this seems to be an excellent Haslab project. If anyone is on the fence, I recommend you back it now to help give it the momentum it needs to fund in time. #backtheLAAT. #thevintagecollection #haslab
