INGREDIENTS:
100 Grams Tur Daal ( Split Pigeon Peas)
100 Grams Cabbage
1 Large Potato
2 Medium Sized Onions
Salt to Taste
FOR MASALA:
1/2 Coconut (Grated)
10-12 Dried & Roasted Red Chillies
1 Teaspoon Coriander seeds
1.5 Marble Sized Ball of Tamarind
TO TEMPER:
1.5 TBSP Coconut Oil
1 Teaspoon Mustard Seeds
1 Sprig Curry Leaves
