The Jo can be a very effective “Force Multiplier” that you can use within Self Defense. The Jo, is just one of many stick fighting weapons that are practiced within Japanese martial arts. Other traditional stick weapons such as Bo (Bojutsu) and Hanbo (Hanbojutsu) can also be used as a walking stick for self defense.
