INGREDIENTS :
500 gr Squid
500 ml Water
1 Bay leaves
1 Lemongrass ( crushed )
2 Lime leaves
Part of Ginger ( crushed )
SOFTENED SEASONING :
7 Garlic
9 Shallots
1 tsp Salt
STIR FRY:
1 tbs Vegetable oil
2 tbs Margarine
1 Lemongrass ( crushed )
Part of Ginger ( crushed )
1 Bay leaves
3 Lime leaves
3 Chilli ( slice )
1 tsp Sugar
1/4 tsp Pepper
1/2 tsp Seasoning powder (optional)
RESEP CUMI HITAM :
Tahukah anda tinta cumi sangat baik untuk kesehatan? Tinta squid sangat tinggi di sejumlah nutrisi penting misalnya tinggi antioksidan. Ini juga mengandung sejumlah besar protein, lipid, dan mineral.

7 Bawang putih
9 Bawang Merah

TUMIS :
1 sdm minyak sayur

1 btg Serai ( hancurkan )
1 ruas Jahe ( hancurkan )
1 daun Salam
3 daun Jeruk
3 Cabai (iris)
1 sdt Gula
1/4 sdt Lada
1/2 sdt bumbu bubuk ( Royco )
