Following the final journey of Merseyrail Class 507 001 from Birkenhead North EMUD to Litchurch Lane, Derby, where the unit will be on display as part of the Railway 200 "Greatest Gathering". The unit will eventually be stabled at the Tanat Valley Light Railway and has been preserved by the 507 Preservation Society.
