Sashimi prep again.
Squids are fairly easy to dress, except to skin.
They do not get bad so fast, too. I ate frozen squid about half an year old, but if you eat them fresh, please do so if you think they are fairly fresh.
If you decide to eat fresh fish, please do so on your own responsibility. Taking wasabi or ginger are said to be good to avoid food poisoning in Japan, this also be your responsibility if you trust or not.
