About Sukhmani Sahib
Sukhmani Sahib, which translates to "The Pearl of Peace" or "The Consoler of the Mind," is a sacred prayer composed by the Fifth Sikh Guru, Sri Guru Arjan Dev Ji. This profound Bani is present in the Sri Guru Granth Sahib Ji and is divided into 24 sections known as Ashtpadis. Listening to or reciting Sukhmani Sahib is believed to dispel anxiety, cure ailments of the mind and body, and bring profound tranquility to one's life
