In this video, we head out on a sea trial aboard a 2015 Beneteau Monte Carlo 5 with the buyers, meet the captain and the clients’ family, and take the boat out for a run. I walk through what a normal day looks like in the brokerage world — coordinating showings, sea trials, and managing the details that go into getting deals across the finish line.
We also take a walk along the docks at Safe Harbor Old Port Cove, giving a look at the boats, the marina, and the day-to-day environment of yacht brokerage in South Florida.
