🔄 What Are NASM Supersets?
Supersets are used in both Phase 2 and Phase 5, but they’re structured very differently based on the goal of the training phase.

🧠 Phase 2: Strength Endurance Supersets
Format: Strength move ➕ Stabilization move

Same muscle group

Example:

Barbell Bench Press ➡️ Stability Ball Push-Up

Tempo: Slow (e.g., 4-2-1 for stabilization)

Load: Moderate

Goal: Increase strength + stabilization simultaneously

⚡ Phase 5: Power Supersets
Format: Heavy Strength move ➕ Explosive Power move

Same muscle group

Example:

Barbell Squat ➡️ Jump Squat

Tempo: As fast as possible (X/X/X)

Load: Heavy + Light

Goal: Improve rate of force production
