QUICK & AFFORDABLE NATIVE GARDEN SETUP

Описание: I've been wanting to start some gardens in my yard for a while now, and finally it's time to start putting things together! This video will go over how I set up my front yard gardens, what I used, and a tour of what it looks like a week after planting!

As I'm in Houston, TX in zone 9B, I did this all in January to prep for the early spring here. Being a Midwesterner, it was a bit jarring having to start doing yard work and gardening so early. I started by restoring the sunken gardens in our driveway making them into annual gardens with an elephant ear centerpiece. I then expanded the bed around my Japanese Magnolia "Jane" to start my native garden. My hope with the native garden is to keep growing it as the season goes, and eventually have it take over most of the front yard.
