This is the start of my 52 week build to a 30 mile ultra marathon. I am a beginner, never ran more than a 10k, and I am just getting started. I am slowly ramping up mileage every week. I have a 52 week plan. I will be running and going to crossfit every single week so that I will be 100% prepared to run a 30 mile ultra this time next year. Follow along my journey so you can see all the mistakes I make and not make them yourself while you are training towards your next goal.
Training this week:
– 4 mile easy
– First strength session back (bench, goblet squat, pull-ups, RDL)
– 4 mile easy
– Back squat
– Long run 10K
