hearing pursuant to the collective bargaining agreement between the Dartmouth School
Committee and the Dartmouth Educators Association.
Pursuant to M.G.L. c. 30A, § 21(a)(3), to discuss strategy with respect to collective
bargaining where an open meeting would have a detrimental effect on the School
