These almond, crunchy and soft cookies are perfect for your afternoon tea or coffee! You can enjoy these anytime or day. These cookies are totally adjustable, so you can lessen the sugar in your cookies as well. Just omit the powdered sugar!
Ingredients:
75g almond flour
45g powdered sugar
10g all-purpose flour
3 egg whites
45g granulated sugar
50g almonds, diced
30g chocolate, melted (optional)
Bake at 340F for 15-20 mins
