Hello everyone. I'm feeling retrospective and have been playing through a number of my old Sinclair Spectrum games that I adored in my youth. This time it's Codemasters' first foray into motor racing in what would one day evolve into the current F1 2022 game. Grand Prix Simulator and it's sequel absorbed many hours of my youth.
Born in 1978, my family had a rubber-keyed Sinclair ZX Spectrum from 1984 onwards for "educational" purposes, which ultimately led to me owning nearly 370 original games which I still have. I also still have that original ZX Speccy, as seen in the video, along with the follow-up ZX Spectrum 128k+2. Sadly, neither of them work any more, so the games you see me playing on the video are emulators of the games I still own.
