Stock brakes and OEM tires, I went through 3 alignments trying to get the ZR1 perfect and on the 3rd one, they set my rear tow at 0 🤦🏻♂️. I’m going to get another set of OEM tires and try again. I also had to bedd in the pads, which hurt some of my precious rubber! The ZR1 pads need a good two short sessions to bedd in vrs the Z07 pad would bedd after 1 heat cycle. I also didn’t want to hurt my rotors by forcing a heat cycle.
I’m thinking I can do a low 2:19 or 2:18 on the OEM ZP tire, factoring I get the rear tow back to how I wanted it and the weather is good. COTAs “hot lap” has changed year after year. The bumps and grinding has really made a driver hunt for new found time.
I’m starting to really like the car now, it was really soft out of the box. I actually made contact with all 4 fender liners with the oem setup. Car moves around a lot with aero load etc. I’ve made some changes to the car and will list them soon, brb
