This level sure is Outrageous! It's a Forest of Illusion level where there's an outrageous amount of Bullet Bill cannons everywhere. You may even need to use them to get a boost jump over a tall Warp Pipe.
There's Wigglers here, too, as well as hopping flames. Yoshi can eat both of them. FIYABALLS, YUM!
