add an Outlook account to your iPhone. Sync your Outlook email with Apple Mail, contacts, and calendar.

First, launch the settings app on your iPhone. Scroll to the bottom and tap on the Apps section.

Again, scroll down and select Mail. Afterward, tap on the Accounts section and select the Add account option.

Then, select your mail app provider from the list. For example, you can select Exchange or Outlook.com, and sign in with your credentials.

Then, follow the verification steps through the authentication method.

At last, select the Outlook services like mail, contacts, calendars, and more to sync with your iPhone, and hit the save button at the top right corner.

That’s it. Now, launch the Mail app on your iPhone and go to the Mail app home screen page. As you can see here, the Outlook account is successfully added.
