| Ingredients |
Vanilla Cake (makes two 6-inch cakes)
[ ] Sugar: 200 grams or 1 cup
[ ] Oil: 50 grams or ¼ cup
[ ] Butter: 100 grams
[ ] Eggs: 2
[ ] Vanilla Extract: 1 tsp
[ ] Milk: 120 grams or ½ cup
[ ] Yogurt: 60 grams or ¼ cup
[ ] Flour: 190 grams or 1½ cups
[ ] Baking Powder: 2 tsp
Bake Cakes at 170°C for 25-30 minutes or until a skewer inserted in the centre comes out clean.
Strawberry Cake Filling
[ ] Strawberry (Fresh/Frozen): 500 grams
[ ] Sugar: 120 grams or 1 cup + 2 tbsp
Cook the strawberry and sugar for 15 minutes or until the mixture reaches desired level of thickness.
Mascarpone Whipped Cream Frosting
[ ] Whipping Cream: 500 grams or 2 cups
[ ] Mascarpone Cheese: 400 grams
