June 7 | Senator Sheldon Whitehouse (D-RI) joins MSNBC’s Nicolle Wallace to discuss GOP mega-donor Harlan Crow’s continued refusal to provide key information to the Senate Judiciary Committee regarding gifts and travel given to Justice Clarence Thomas.
Whitehouse and Wallace also discuss the release of the Supreme Court’s annual financial disclosure reports listing earnings, assets, gifts and stock holdings of the justices. It was revealed today that Justices Thomas and Alito requested extensions to the filing deadline. Thomas will now have up to 90 additional days to submit his filing, which could include any amendments or updates related to his finances from past years.
