Government Approves Post of Chief of Defence Staff! Who Will Be The First CDS?

Описание: In a historic move, Modi Government today approved the creation of the post of Chief of Defence Staff in the rank of four star General. The Government is soon likely to announce the name of first CDS. According to sources, General Bipin Rawat’s name  is on top of Modi Government’s list. In any case, it is a great political decision pending for almost a decade.
