This is the third of four video episodes I have been honored to produce in cooperation with the EU Commission in order to raise awareness on the topic "sustainability". I am visiting Copenhagen, one of the cities on the forefront of fighting carbon emissions. A local friend took the time to show me around the city and introduce the local must-try snacks.
