Описание: I had mixed results with this method last year but did a bit more homework on it and not believe i have a solution. I do not remember the name of the individual this method came from but here’s the basics. First, when you set up the builder you need nurse bees. Second, you want two frames of brood to replenish the nurse bees and you would cycle in one brood frame each week to keep this going.. Thirdly, you need food! One frame of honey and one frame of pollen in slots 2 and 4. And lastly, you want a frame of wet brood in there for at least 4 days to prime the pump for jelly production. After day 4 you’ll pull that frame and put your grafts in place. After a few days, I’ll put a queen excluder in place to keep stray virgins from moving into the builder..
