The mother of a young woman who died after taking an overdose of slimming pills she'd bought online, has told a court she was failed by hospital staff.
When Bethany Shipsey collapsed in Worcester in February 2017, her parents took her to hospital - but her mother says none of the staff seemed to appreciate how serious the situation was.
