Virginia Tech forward Robbie Beran transferred in and proved to be a key part of the rotation for Mike Young and the Hokies during the 2023-24 campaign. Beran was a threat all over the court and finished the season averaging 5.8 points and 3.9 rebounds per game while recording a team-high 30 blocked shots.
