Vlad also spoke about Cardi B winning a $4 million judgement in her case with Tasha K, who also lost her appeal in the case. This lead to The Lead Attorney speaking about how Cardi initially asked Tasha to take down posts that she had made, and after 3 cease and desist letters, Tasha refused to resolve the situation. The Lead Attorney then spoke about how Tasha admitted in court about lying online, which led to the jury finding Tasha K guilty in the case. From there, The Lead Attorney stated that “Tasha K chose the wrong attorney” in the case, as she chose a lawyer who covers criminal cases, not civil cases.
