Baisaran Valley Pahalgam | Why you should avoid going to Baisaran

Описание: Baisaran Valley is located in Pahalgam in the Anantnag district of Kashmir. It is just 5 kms away from main Pahalgam. It is also called as mini-Switzerland because of its picturesque beauty. Now what exactly is this valley about ? It’s a patch of beautiful green meadow on top of a mountain and surrounded by snowcapped mountains. Although this place is extremely beautiful yet, it is not a very popular tourist destination as compare to other attractions of Pahalgam like the Betaab Valley, Chandanawadi and Aru valley.  The three most popular tourists attractions of Pahalgam are popularly known as ABC of pehelgam. Where ‘A’ stands for Aru Valley , ‘B’for Betaab Valley and ‘C’for Chandanwari. Baisaran Saran Valley isn’t popular too much with the tourist because of the dangerous pony ride on the hills. The route is definitively very dangerous as it is very slippery and the horses often sleep along with their riders. But nobody talks about this openly. People who are not fit physically should not take this pony ride as it will be detrimental to their spinal health and if unfortunately, the horse sleeps, it will be fatal. However, Young and fit people can definitely try going to this valley. It looks almost similar to Aru valley.
Baisaran valley also serves as a campsite for trekkers going to Tulian Lake. You can also see en route to Baisaran some famous points like Kanimarg, Pahalgam Old Village, Kashmir Valley Point, Dabyan and Deon Valley Point.
