Thank you for watching our Chrysler 300C fender replacement video. This vehicle belongs to our shipper, Darrell. He experienced a parking lot hit and run while he was at the grocery store damaging his front bumper and fender. The damage was light and we were able to replace his bumper and fender with our very own brand new painted parts. This fender replacement is not too difficult but you do have to remove the front bumper to get to a few screws on the nose of the fender for removal. Check out the process below and be sure to order some painted parts from us if you want to get your car fixed correctly.

TOOLS NEEDED:
You will need a socket wrench with a 10mm socket. You will need a panel clip removal tool to take off the side skirt.

PROCESS:
The process is pretty straightforward. There are some bolts that need to be removed on the nose of the fender. So, you do have to remove the bumper to access the bolts. You could probably just loosen the ends and reach behind the bumper to get the bolts off but that may be just more of a hassle. That video is linked in the cards and at the end of this video.

The easiest place to start is the top bolts on the fender. This is pretty much the easiest place to start. Assuming you already removed the front bumper, you should also remove the bolts on the nose of the fender behind or in the fender bracket. We start the video off by removing the fender liner and the side skirt. The side skirt does not have to be completely removed, but loosened so you can access the lower fender bolts. There are two bolts that are covered by the side skirt. Once that is off, there are only 2 remaining bolts left. One is on the corner of the top fender near the side-view mirror. You have to open the door to access the bolt. The final bolt is behind the fender liner halfway to the door. You do not have to completely remove the bolt, but loosen it enough to slide the fender off. Once all the bolts are off you can remove the fender and transfer the brackets to the new fender. When you install the newly painted revemoto fender, you have to make sure the fender bracket goes in front of the mounted fender bracket. Once you have the fender spacing correctly, you can tighten the inside bolt and insert the remaining bolts to secure the fender. Once that is complete, you can install your bumper back.
