Lahem b 3ajin filling prepared very easily and delivered to the baker to make the most delicious pies, one of our favorite's at home 😋😋💞
Ingredients:
🍳 1 kg beef or lamb meat
🍳 1 kg onions
🍳 1.5 kg tomatoes
🍳 3 soup spoon sweet pepper
🍳 1/2 soup spoon cinnamon powder
🍳 salt
🍳 3 soup spoon dry mint
🍳 5 soup spoon tomato paste
Method of Preparation:
1. Cut the tomatoes and the onions and place them each separately in the electric chopper then add them to the meat
2. Add to the mixture salt, 3 soup spoon sweet pepper, 3 soup spoon dry mint, 1/2 soup spoon cinnamon powder and 5 soup spoon of tomato paste. The spices can vary speaking of quantities and choices of pepper and others.
3. Mix very well and cover in a cling film before taking them to the baker for baking
4. Once the pies are ready aerate them and then place them in freezer bags as you can freeze them up to 5 to 6 weeks
5. I like to make big quantities so i can preheat and eat it whenever i am not in the mood for cooking 😊😉
6. You can serve it with yogurt and cucumber and garlic (optional)
