If you struggle with spasticity or weakness in your fingers or hand, you may find relief by training your WRIST. Your wrist is chalked full of joint receptors.
When we stimulate the sensors in those joints, the connection between your brain and hand can be greatly improved.
One of the easier drills to practice are simply moving your wrist in a circle.
KEYS to this exercise:
GO SLOW: you want your brain to get better at moving in every possible degree of movement.
START SMALL: tiny circles are the best way to start, go bigger as you get better.
Avoid holding your breath, maintain a slow and light breath pattern.
