Unlocking and picking up the unlimited Submachine Gun from the alley way.
To unlock the Submachine gun you must finish off the final boss with a melee attack, you do not need to use melee attacks for the entire fight, just the final blow. You do not have to play the entire through again to defeat the final boss in a different way, you can reload your last save before the final boss to unlock further weapons.
