It is that time of year again where we saddle up and head to Park City, Utah for the final edition of The Sundance Film Festival calling Park City home, and we can't help but reflect on the years in which our team has attended the festival and covered dozens of films which have world premiered there.
This year, we begin our coverage with some virtual interviews with filmmakers, and the first of the batch is Director/Writer/Producer Meagan Coyle talking about her Short Film which was selected to the Midnight Madness section, "PRIME"
Logline: Still reeling from her mother’s violent death, Claire—a devoted environmentalist—uproots her life to join a utopian farming collective in upstate New York. Enchanted by the teachings of its charismatic founder, Rhea, Claire throws herself into building a new home and a new purpose. But as cracks appear in the community’s idyllic facade, she’s forced to confront how far she’s willing to go to belong—and what truths lie buried beneath the farm’s serene surface.
