Organisation change can be messy. But it doesn’t have to be.
Much of what matters takes place under the surface, and overlooking these hidden factors - as most change programmes do - too often results in failure and frustration. What’s the answer? More thoughtful conversation, inquiry and more compelling storytelling, some of our most fundamental human tools, which enable leaders to understand more fully what is happening under the surface in their organisation and have better communication and engagement with their teams.
At this session, with Dr Susanne Evans, you will learn how to build storytelling skills into your practice, including taking away templates and tools that you can start to use straight away.
