First off, I'm sorry for the extreme tardiness of this video. March was extremely busy for me as I moved into a new house so this video was left on the back burner. There was not a video from March so hopefully April will produce some results.

Following a failed attempt to locate a trackage rights UP train on the Boise City Sub. I was driving past the South Yard when I saw a military train departing. I made my way to Buffalo Bowl, where I was able to catch it.

By some stroke of dumb luck, I was still able to catch the trackage rights UP train as it made its way out of town on the Red River Valley Sub. This is a fairly new venture running loaded grain trains off the Colorado Pacific and is bound for Galena Park, TX.

I got a heads up from a friend that a westbound stack out of Alliance, TX had BNSF Bonnet 728 leading. I saw it was arriving in Amarillo as I was going to get my haircut, so I figured it would be long gone by the time I was done. Luck was on my sided as they were just leaving Amarillo as I was getting done. I beelined my way to Canyon, which would provide the best light as the train made its turn west. I also got lucky as they met a fast moving Z train about 15-20 seconds after the power passed me.

I was out the next morning on the Boise City Sub to capture a CP leader on a Sweetgrass, MT to Guernsey, CA grain train. This train had ample power on it as they had picked up the 4 trailing units in Etter to bring to Amarillo.
13:20
A westbound power move is seen passing the Tyson plant in St. Francis. These units are going to Pedernal, NM for long term storage in an old yard BNSF has there.
14:24
A few minutes after sunset, BNSF 6022, one of the 25th Anniversary "Sticker Units" leads an eastbound loaded coal train out of Amarillo.

A westbound loaded coal train bound for Springerville, AZ departs Amarillo just before sunset with a nearly new ET44ACH leading 2 brand new ES44ACH's with a 3rd ES44ACH and ET44ACH working as DPU's. Apologies for the crossing, this was the only place I could get before sunset.
