Rejected Votes Puzzle

Описание: Three voters have filed a petition at the Supreme Court, to contest the inclusion of rejected votes in the final tally of the presidential poll. The three petitioners; Moses Kuria, Dennis Itumbi and Florence Jematia, all affiliated to the Jubilee coalition argue that rejected votes were invalid, and therefore should not have been used by the Independent Electoral and Boundaries Commission in its final determination of the winner in the presidential contest. The trio wants the highest court in the land to compel IEBC to review its formula of tabulating the final presidential poll, and increase president elect Uhuru Kenyatta's votes from 50.07% to 50.5%.
