Katla Kamala (কাৎলা কমলা) is a spicy and tangy fish curry that creates a blast of flavours inside the mouth. The fish curry is cooked with Kamala aka Orange and spices. The preparation looks and tastes unbelievably mouthwatering.

1. 100 gm. of Katla fish contains 111 calorie of energy, 3 gm. of carbohydrate, 2 gm. of fat, 19 gm. of protein.

2. Katla fish is low in saturated fat and high in omega-3. Hence, it protects heart from heart disease.

3. It reduces the risk of thrombosis and improves blood circulation.

4. It reduces the symptoms of rheumatoid arthritis.

5. Orange is an excellent source of Vitamin C. One orange offers 116.2% of the daily value for Vitamin C.

6. Anti oxidants in oranges help protect skin from free radical damage resulting aging.
