AJC, together with LENSW, recently hosted a site tour of the award-winning Reddam House North Shore, attended by nearly 80 people.
Located within Harry Seidler’s iconic Simsmetal House, this adaptive reuse project transformed a commercial building into a vibrant K–12 school campus. The tour explored the challenges of adaptive reuse and how AJC balanced preserving the integrity of this heritage structure with creating a world-class, future-focused learning environment.
