Blob of Tar is a massive wall for many decks to get through which helps you get to your higher end stuff that allows you to outvalue and win the match such as Elise the Navigator, Sanguine Infestation, Hideous Husk, Remnant of Rage, Kerrigan Queen of Blades, Shaladrassil, and Twin Zilliax Deluxe 3000.
