Basic spelt bread (from cookbook)
pesto:
5 cups packed basil
5-6 cloves garlic
1/2 cup nutritional yeast
juice of 1-2 lemons (depending on size)
1 tsp salt
1.5 cups raw almonds
2-3 TBSP water (if needed to blend)
Place all ingredients in the food processor or blender and blend on high until creamy, add a little water if necessary to blend correctly.
